Kona Moran is amazing! He has listed and sold three of our properties this past year. I kept going back to him over and over to market each property because I knew he would do a superb job. And he did just that. He is honest, highly ethical, intelligent, and works hard for his clients. Kona is very professional and was also very patient with some of the challenges that arose due to fact that we were so far away and unable to be there. He handled all aspects of the project from documents to staging and then took great care to present each property at its best, and ready for sale. Kona’s energy and enthusiasm seem endless! He repeatedly and willingly worked after hours whenever needed in order to meet all the timelines as issues arose along the way. Very patient with clients to make sure they find the perfect home. Originally, we were looking at buying a property so my family and I can build our dream home.
